User Data (When You Sign Up):

• Full name, email address, profile photo, LinkedIn or other social links, professional details.

• Face data (biometric information) is collected for real-time AR identification and check-in purposes.

Pre-Loaded Public Data:

• We aggregate publicly available professional data from online sources (e.g. company websites, databases) to help users discover relevant contacts.

• This includes information such as name, title, company, and public profile photo.

2. Use of Data

Biometric & Profile Data:

• Used for real-time face recognition to display AR badges and enhance networking.

• Enables in-app check-in features and seamless contact discovery.

Public Data:

• Used to create pre-filled profiles to improve discoverability. Individuals can request changes or removal at any time. For fatser results, download the app or write to us here. 

3. Data Storage & Retention

• Biometric data is securely stored and encrypted.

• All biometric and user-generated data is deleted after 6 months of inactivity.

• Publicly sourced profiles are periodically reviewed and removed upon request.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• We do not sell or share biometric data with third parties.

• No facial data is transferred to or processed by external vendors.

• All infrastructure and storage are hosted outside the United States. We do not use US-based cloud services.

5. User Rights

• Access & Correction: You can view or edit your data anytime in the app.

• Deletion: You may request to have your data permanently deleted. This includes biometric and profile information.

• Objection: If you’ve been added through public sources, you can request removal by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Legal Basis & Compliance

• All data processing is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Biometric data is collected with informed consent and is used solely to enhance networking features.

• We do not rely on LinkedIn APIs or scrape restricted platforms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app and website. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates.
